If the electronics are bad then yes... if it's just the bulb... probably not... bulbs are finiky things... Since it looks like you'll most likely be replacing I'd recommend the Sylvania Ultra Stars... the best thing next to HID's.
Also, are you taking it to Sarasota? If so, make sure you don't have Todd as your service tech... we had a bad experience there with him yesterday. That being said, the rest of the staff at Sarasota is top notch!!

Thanks for the comments, I'm taking it to smart of Coral Gables. So... our cars don't have bumper to bumper warranties beyond 1 yr, uh?
Hell... wheel balancing isn't even covered after you drive it off the lot... ours wasn't balanced and Clearwater charged us $60 to balance it properly.

Thanks for the tip! So... is this a piece I can replace myself, uh? Go to Pep Boys or NAPA and buy a Sylvania Ultra Stars bulb? Or is there some exotic procedure to replace/realign the bulb?
very easy to do pull off the black cup on the back of the headlight and unclip the harness going to the bulb then unclip the clip that holds it in thats it
