Lowest setting = heat?

Ok, I'm warm blooded. I love the cold. It was 55° outside but rainy so I kicked on the fan with no A/C and moved the temp to 58° (Lowest temp setting) and the air would be hot. But if I set it to 60° it would coo off instantly. Anyone know why?

Likewise, 2009 Passion. I thought it was just a fluke during the transistion of seasons.

Can't WAIT for the winter time.

Mine does that too.

And when the AC is on, it's not it's coldest at 58 - better in the mid 60s.

Quirky little car.

Checked mine on the way home tonight. 09, build date 12/08. On the lowest setting I get cool outside air. I did not get any heat until I put temp switch to 74 degrees

Guess I must have one of the 2 temp control units that worked out the factory door

A/C IS coldest all the way down

Mine works appropriately. Coolest at the bottom, hottest at the top of the slider. Build date 3/08.
