I have used my old trusty mighty-vac in the past as a vacuum bleeder. Strangely enough I usually end up with a new car by that point though....lol.... I doubt i will get rid of this one.

Save your self the money and just gravity bleed the system, make sure you watch the reservoir so it doesn't sink to low.

Most manufacturers actually recommend flush at 2 years regardless of mileage. Brake fluid is hydroscopic(absorbs water) = spongy pedal and system corrosion.

What are the steps to reset the NEED SERVICE indicator that starts flashing at 10,000 miles?

Anyone know?

Maintenance indicator reset (service wrench)

The search I used was (Wrench Chicken Badge) with a goodle search of SCOA
