More Great smart Service

I recently was one of the unlucky people with a car that wouldn't go into park. This is especially irritating since my dealer is 250 miles away in Riverside CA. I still have a few months before the Vegas dealer is opened. I called my dealer and they said they would have to tow the car. I was none too happy about that proposition. I got another call later from the company that was going to tow my car. I asked if they were going to tow it back so I didnt have to put all those miles on my car. The guy on the other end acted a little confused and said we could work something out. I said I didnt want to put the 250 miles on the car. I then found out why he was confused. The guy I was talking with was part of the Penske Auto Group and my smart was being towed to the Ferrari Dealer at the Wynn Casino for repairs. The car got towed at 1:00 and was fixed by 4:00. Unfortunately I am out of town so my smart has to hang with the Italians for the weekend. I guess its OK since the plane I fly is made by a Ferrari owned company.

Woo hooooo, your smartie is really living it up!! That dealership is incredible and to have a smart there: Wonderful. I hope they put it in with the big boys. The dealership is across the street from the site of the smart roadshow last year.

That is correct!

If they didnt I can't even comprehend how jammed with people that place would be if they didnt.

Great Service Experience - Louisville dealership

A week ago I got the dreaded email notifying me that a "predelivery inspection procedure" had not been done and requesting that I bring my car in for service.
My response back was - "are you kidding - I live 150+ miles away, can it wait till the first scheduled service?"
The dealer (Sam Swope Auto Group) responded that no it shouldn't wait but rather than have me drive down they would send a flatbed truck to pick it up and return it after the service.
A day later I got a call to schedule the pickup and the next morning they loaded it onto a flatbed and drove off. The following day the truck showed back and dropped it off. Yes, I did pay a $400 dealer charge when I bought the car but at this point I feel that it was money well spent. Big thanks to Walter Lim, Brand Manager at Sam Swope Auto Group.

Since I was out flying around the country I couldn't get my car from the Ferrari dealer until day.

I am here to tell you, going to the Ferrari dealer at The Wynn in Las Vegas with a bunch of people waiting to go in, and saying I am here to pick up my car from service is something everyone should do.

Apparently all they did was lube a specific part and she was good to go. Car is working great once again.

Sean, thats awesome to here that they were able to help you out via the Wynn-Penske dealership! Hats off to the team at smart center West Covina for getting that taken care of!

Also, who will the dealer be in Vegas... is it the King of Choppers?
