Move the driver's seat back an inch?

Has anyone had experience with moving the driver's seat back an inch to provide more leg room?

The room seems to be there, but I wonder if there are problems moving the seat.

During the roadshows, the Euro-spec 451s seemed to have more seat travel than the US model. I drove a couple of the Euro models at two different road shows and remember feeling like the seat went further back. I am 6' 2" and had to scoot the driver's seat up a little to reach the pedals comfortably. But, the US 451 models don't seem to have the same amount of seat travel. I also felt like my head was closer to the roof in the US model. Maybe if the seat is further back, it is somewhat lower to accommodate taller drivers? Curious...
