Need help fast! (re: ignition lock)

I am late for work and neither of my keys will turn in the ignition, what is the problem, please anyone??? I have never had this happen before...

Need more info... will the key actualy turn... does the dash light up? is there any noise?

no the key won't turn at all and no power to dash, only dash lights when i unlock and lock doors with key button. I tried both keys also

Sounds mechanical . . .

It sure sounds like something mechanical in the lock mechanism gave up the ghost. Best to let the dealer handle this one. . .

Is the gearshift really in "P"? Even slightly off, it would prevent the key from turning... Just an idea.

lever in P depress the brake pedal....maybe?
