Well, you present yourself with this rather stupid "Location: Uhh..Where the hell am I??" If you want to know what your situation may be, you have to indicate where you actually are, and what state regulations are in place as far as seasonal gas formulations (oxygenation).

Agreed. Can we at least make an attempt at keeping it civil?

I try to preface all of my inquiries about MPG in the context of where I live and the type of driving I do. Without a location it's like asking, "How long is a piece of string?"

Citgo gas: I know it has no ethanol added. Chavez is against ethanol & will not allow his company to use it.

I noticed you are from Sugar Land, Texas. I have been reading about the ethanol and the mini people are having fuel pump problems as well as boat people. I am looking for more info for your area but am sure you have citgo stations.

All he had to do was ask what area i lived in instead he calls names first, "stupid" qualifies as name calling. I would have told him i live near Houston, but nooooooooooooo.
Must be that Mad Cow disease that's going around.

Flaming Suit on , awaiting response......

I know the citgo station near me doesn't have ethanol in the gas but some may. I guess certain states have laws now that it has to be added. Florida pumps have it on the pump. We were having this talk at work because we heard you get less mpg.
