I'm 3/08. Need to have the alarm motion sensor replaced. It malfunctioned about the second day after I took delivery. Otherwise, no problems in about 3500 miles.

07/08, picked it up a few days ago. I stopped by the dealer and they temp fixed by sunshade (off track).

The steering wheel is a few degrees off center to the right when driving on flat, level ground. I have an appointment with my own alignment guy Monday morning. I'll just pay for it myself, not worth the hassle of having the dealership fumble around with it for a week.

Build date was 1-08
Picked up February 28th, from Mercedes Benz Laguna Niguel. They prepped it for a couple days assuming it was to take care of all known issues.
No problems in 12,000 miles.

As a point of information, does anyone know, the last build date that "Chrysler" was on the sticker??? Its a moot point, but its only the first few made for the USA!

Leak in left side of rear window, rear window crooked and not aligned with roof, malalignment created a scraping on both sides of where the window touched the top outside corners of the rear side panels just above the tail lights. Left worse than right. Left side fixed with the leak repair; still need to get right side aligned.

Key fob died 2 weeks ago and needs to be reprogrammed.

I checked a few smarts at the dealership and our last meetngreet and several showed signs of the scraping on the top outside corners of the rear side panels where the window was rubbing.
