I'm wondering if this might help us troubleshoot from a distance.
We know:
The car starts normally, all accessories function normally.
At 15 mph the ACC (Radio, Windows, headlights, A/C, Soft top) become inoperative.
The battery has been replaced.
When brought to a stop, ACC come back to life.
Without a schematic of the electrical connections, what assumptions can we make other than these? And are these valid?
Power is provided by the battery to the fuse panel.
All onboard equipment utilizes the Chassis as ground.
Power to the ACC is routed through the ignition switch.
At 13 - 15 mph the doors auto lock. (don't know on the 450?)
What ever the problem, it is common to all the accessories mentioned.
My guess would be the ignition switch or some other common power connection point rather than a ground connection. Would be much easier if we had the car for a day.
