Indeed. Many current gen cars offer a full-recline feature (Honda Fit and CR-V models, for example). The front and rear seats can be converted into on-the-road beds by removing the front seat headrests and aligning the front seat back with the rear seat cushion. {**CAUTION** DO NOT RECLINE (or sleep) AND DRIVE
