Likewise, the OP probably didn't realize that the coupés have a single center latch.

Thank you!! As a Pure owner, I was confused. My rear window is leaking water when it rains so a replacement is on order.

I called the San Francisco dealership yesterday and told them about my experience at another dealership. They told me to come in first thing this morning and they would take care of it. The only question they asked was if it was hit by anything. I told him it was not. When I took it in, the service manager looked at it. He told me that it clearly was a defective part as the plastic pieces that adhere to the rear window glass was coming apart and the plastic pieces that attach to the top of the window was cracking on both sides, something he had never seen before. They took very good care of me and my car and covered it under warranty.

Now, take your warranty repair paperwork and go see the General Manager at the first dealer you talked to; he has some 'splainin' to do.

I have the same issue. My left side, (driver side) broke at the base of the window.
