Hey helpful folk.....

Has anyone ever fit the Saris 3 bike carrier on the back of their smart Passion Coupe?

I certainly hope so!!

I was unaware they had anything that would fit a smart

And according to the fit guide, they don't

Yeah... I read that too..

It just seems that the rack would fit anything with all those strapes.

I'll be able to check it out for myself after Saturday.... That's when I pick up my smart.

I guess its about what your attaching those straps to. Do you trust it not to damage the car.

I saw a Saris Bones rack on a smart.

BUT it was mounted on the FRONT?!?!?

FRONT hood mount bike rack?

Interesting idea, but I personally wouldn't try it?

sorry about that, I just had a moment on your behalf.

Nonuro did a nice job of documenting the install of the factory bike rack with hidden frame support brackets. Probably the best but one of the more expensive alternatives.

Nah..... I think I'll get original equipment and add it the right way. On the back. Thanks for all the help and the pictures....they're great.
