Unfortunately smart designates your delivery to the dealership nearest to you. I didn't like the local dealer, and they told me I had to prove that I'd moved to take my ordered car somewhere else. I like the local dealer even less now.
Have you called the smart assistance line? I think given your proximity to the dealer, I would hope they would be able to facilitate some customer service. Good luck.
