I had a lot of issues with my smart. They're well shared here, so I won't bore you with them now, but I suggest you kindly convey your thoughts to the dealer. I never even mentioned the Lemon Law (though it was certainly in my back pocket..) but made it clear that things weren't cool. They couldn't disagree.. car problems are sucky and they bother the dealer almost as much as the customer.
The dealer didn't make the car have problems.. the manufacturer did. Ultimately, the car us almost un-sellable once it's officially Lemon Lawed so if it's not obvious to the dealer, I'm sure they'd rather keep the car from a virtual loss. Once cars that have been Lemon Lawed (at least in California) they will always have to be disclosed as such.
Google up 'Florida Lemon Law' and find out the general details. By avoiding the actual legal process, you also save legal fees, and maybe your dealer will get creative with options to keep you happy.
