First, I was wondering....'where' DO smart techs get experience on a car that's only been here in the States less than 2 years? Also, they're a realatively new smart center, opening months after the original ones.
The other issues you mentioned are inexcusible, especially when you consider they have no service volumn yet. What will they do when they DO get busy?
I guess I've just always been one to give businesses a chance to make up to me a bad experience before I went 'public' and badmouthed them. Now, if any of their personnel read SCOA, I would imagine that you won't get much cooperation from them if you have any future issues. Remember: if you smart fails UNDER WARRANTY and must be towed, smart will only pay to have it taken to the NEAREST smart center. Some day, your venting may come back to bite you.
