"Density Altitude" is the proper term. It's a pilot term. The more dense the altitude (or, in certain cases, 'attitude' ) the more slowly the aircraft will climb, and the more power it takes to get up to true airspeed.

Piloting is much like posting; the more dense the attitude, the more (mental) power it takes to get up to the speed others - that are not operating at a density attitude - can achieve normally.

Your pal,
Meat.

The responses I've seen here make me feel better given the few occasions where I left a light forgetting I had switched into manual mode (Polk speakers are nice, but they can lead one to miss the engine sounds). While it may have touched redline, I know it didn't exceed it. That's a good thing. Now if only they would learn to mark their tachometers correctly...
I got it from the owner's manual that came with your car. ;)

So, did you start posting here after you were banned at GM Inside News?

I really do not believe that you're in any position to accuse others of being slow learners.

Well, let's see ... what's the date on that post?

While I could explain how a calendar works, it may be over your head given that you have to ask whether this year comes after last year ... and given that you have to start a thread to find out information that's in the owners manual.

I do not see any post where I've said that.

However, I am proud to say that I am absolutely the same person on all of those (ancient) threads; I don't change my identity like others do. I have always been "your pal, Meat" since the internet started, and I will remain "your pal, Meat" until the day it ends. I'm certainly not hiding from anyone.

...nor do I go around cyberstalking others like you obviously do. I'm sure all of the members here feel safe knowing that you're stalking them as well. For them as well as myself, I say: get help.

I do appreciate that you've finally shown your true colors, and that I played a part in exposing you for what you are. At the end of the day, I'm sure that there are more people than myself here who can share in this sentiment: grow up.

Your pal,
Meat.

It does not matter -- since there's no indication of when you were banned relative to those posts.

I just wanted to see if I was the only person having problems with you, so I did a quick search. When the very first link I clicked showed that you were "banned," it all started to become clear.

Could you please try to be more pleasant online? I now realize that I'm just one of countless people who has made that request of you over the years, but I remain forever the optimist, hoping that mine will be the one that finally convinces you.

It's already been posted how to ignore someone here. I suggest you find that post and follow those instructions, or learn how to scroll post things you find offensive - which will be virtually every post, as you've attacked many people here who disagree with you. And many people here do disagree with you. The more you attack other members here, the more you alienate the populous.

Grow up, cyberstalker. And get help. In the meantime, just go away until you can act all growed up like the rest of us.

Your pal,
Meat.

You get banned from one automotive discussion forum after another and you continue to hold yourself up as a model of appropriate and mature online behavior. Have a nice day.
