Squeaking hinges?

Both passenger doors squeak when opening/closing. They behave like they were never lubricated at the factory. smart center tried lubrication, but couldn't get squeaking to stop. New hinges were ordered and will be replaced next week. Seems a bit unusual. Anyone else experienced this?

I seem to recall a thread where the culprit turned out to be a missing plastic piece that's supposed to be on the bottom edge of the "frame" where the hinge slides in and out.

Mine squeaked. A quick shot of white grease took care of it.
