Tie Down in Trailer?

How are folks who transport in an enclosed trailer securing their Smart?
I have a race trailer with Etrack and wheel webbing ratchets but the track has to be right under the wheels for this system... I do have lots of Drings etc in floor to tie off...
I was thinking looping though each wheel and cross to Drings or maybe to some part of the chassis..

Anyone have experience with anchor points on the car? (thanks for answering my previous question on weight distribution front /rear 45/55)

My smat car sitting in a 22' enclosed trailer looks a bit lonely:-).

Other than backing it on to the trailer do what you are comfortable with.

A recent documentary on shipping (Discovery HD) had a piece on Ro-Ro: the cars were secured via their towing bolts, front and aft.

When my smart was towed to the dealer, the driver used wheel straps thru each of the aluminum wheels that were ratcheted down to secure the car. Again, whatever you are comfortable with.
