Torn qtr panel repair

Does anyone have a recommendation on a glue that will repair a torn body panel. I tore the left front quarter panel trying to squeeze out of the garage. I would like to repair the damage by glue and wait until spring to replace the panel.

I don't know too much on body repair but what if you removed the panel and made the repair from behind. Maybe with some mesh and bond as a temp fix.

New panels, really don't cost that much. To glue is going to look really bad!

Gardener. I go with Digger. If the panels are PVC the pipe cement will work. But use the good stuff only, that's "Oatey" brand, clear, red label. Clean the edges well with Oatey cleaner. Also stick a small backing plate of PVC behind the rip.

I have used this stuff on antennas in the tropics and up north near the arctic circle. Good stuff. A2Jack.

New panel should run you about $180.00 and an hours time to swap out (maybe two the first time around).

Replacement is actually cheaper on this vehicle then repair for the most part.
