Traction control and tire rotation????

Here's a weird one. Did my first tire rotation at 6k miles yesterday (front to back, same side) and now when I turn a corner at a relatively slow speed 20 mph it feels like the front tires are slipping and the traction control light illuminates and the throttle kicks off (as it should). Anyone else have this problem? I checked for contaminates on the tires (oil etc) and could not find a reason why the wheels feel like their slipping???????

You don't mention whether you have stock wheels/tires, so this might be a dumb question, but did you rotate the different sized front/rear stock wheels/tires?

Duh! Thanks

My bad, didn't realize that their are two different sizes. That would explain it. Being in a hurry and not paying attention will do that.

Some people don't know these things. Directional tires, etc. But it's a different freekin' size man! And one is 6' from the other!

Don't worry about it. We've all done some pretty dumb things if we're honest enough to admit it, but I would expect to take some good natured ribbing about it!

And, we may have to put you on smart probation...

OK I have to ask. Did you do the rotation yourself or did you take it somewhere?

If you took it somewhere, don't go back there

I'm very sorry, but I've been laughing ever since I read this post.
