Trim fasteners

It appears Smart has redesigned the inside rear panel over the ECU so the TRW "double panel" trim fasteners are no longer used. While I don't mind a redesign, I do mind not making those trim fasteners available to pre-redesign customers! The dealer can no longer order them.

Any idea how to get hold of a few of these double panel trim fasteners manufactured by TRW? The back of the white side of the snap-like doublet is stamped with "TRW" and "75" but I don't find anything from a half hour of internet search.

When did smart cut over from these loose clips to the integrated style?

My car is probably Mar-Apr build...

I don't know. I wouldn't be surprised, however, if the 2009s saw a few cosmetic tweaks like this one.
