I found P21 and P21/5 at the local PepBoys. I didn't look for the W5W, but they had quite a lineup of lights from GE all together, including those two. I wound up buying an extra set of both. My right blinker needed replacing last month, and the left one needed replacing this week. I figure if they're going to last a couple years each, best to have a couple replacements handy. Plus at $2.50 a set, it's pretty cheep to have on hand.

I did note that the construction on the GE bulbs looked a lot more sturdy than the Phillips bulb I pulled out. The Phillips bulb had flimsy filaments that were held by two crimped tong sets. The GE bulb, on the other hand had very solid coiled filaments, held in by crimped and soldered tong sets. So maybe these will last longer anyway.

My ex has a Yellow and Black 451 and the rear bulb burnt out. I searched this forum and found this post and it was very helpful in finding out how to access the rear bulb area, the bulb part number, and where to find them.
I have a Carquest Auto Parts store close and took the bulb to them. Found another manufacture and part number for the bulb.

It works perfect and is the same brightness as the origional bulb.

Thanks to this forum for all of your help.
