WIS will not work, help

Subscribed to the WIS for info but get aplication error failure to launch when java starts. downloaded the java files from the smart WIS site. Windows 7 and IE 8 and same with firefox.

You need to answer the security questions correctly. You have to agree to be redirected to a connection that is not secure, and then you have click "no" to blocking the app from running.

I run it on both XP and win 7
