8 inch bass box

Does any one have the exact measurements for the 8inch bass box that fits under the dash? Iwas also thinking of using a bazzoka tube if it would fit decent up under.

Giving out the dimensions of the under-dash subbox has been debated on here before. I doubt anyone would post the specs....

1: He wants to use a Bazooka tube not copy a box so I don't see why giving out rough length and width would be a problem.

2: It is a cavern under there get a flashlight and measuring tape easy enough to do.

3: I'm doing the same thing come spring shoving a modified bazooka up there. You will need to shorten the tube to make it fit.

Thats what I thought with the bazzoka, was to shorten the tube.I'm sure it will make a difference with the sound since I'm sure there is a specific air diameter to the box. Just wanted to see if anyone has put anything up in there that was different. got the fish joke LOL.

If you hold off a bit JL Audio is supposed to be coming out with a Stealth Sub Box for the Smarts soon.

I have seen a custom set up that put a 12" sub in the tailgate. It replaced the storage compartment in the bottom part of the rear hatch with a custom enclosure. Did not get a chance to listen to it, but it was SICK, just wanted to pass on the idea....
