Sorry, was just kidding. As far as I know the Canadian smart cars are not legal to import and register in the USA. There are stories of this having been done, but that doesn't mean it's legal.

Surely it can be done with enough money. Probably need to make some mechanical modifications to meet a bajillion regulations.
