The 2008 smart 451 will be sold in 37 countries. Thirty of them will get the cdi diesel. The seven that won't are all and just the ones the speak English as a primary or a dual language (Australia, Canada, Hong Kong, Ireland, South Africa, the UK and the US). Interesting.

The current talk in the UK is if they got a cdi it would be a Continental LHD. They seem not that bothered by driving LHDs.
