Drove a 2009 Brabus today

The last fortwo I drove was a 2008 that I rented. What a difference going to the 2009 Brabus I test drove today at the Smart dealer in Weston, FL. I could definitely feel the bobbing going back and forth between gears drastically reduced from those tighter springs. I took some nice turns with it and was very happy with the handling. For $4,000+ premium for the Brabus is a little more than I want to spend, so I guess I will have to look at just buying a Passion and put nice rims and Eibach springs on it. I wish I had the money to buy one of those cars now. That is such a neat little car.

I want to get a black one with a red cloth interior.

I took delivery of a silver Brabus coupe two weeks ago and I think it is a great little car. Exhaust sounds great, but not too loud and the upgraded suspension is wonderful. What a joy to drive.

You are so lucky to get that car. I wish I had the money to buy one. I don't even have $3,000 saved up yet. I have a long way to go until I get the cash to buy one. Hopefully in a year and a half, I'll buy one for cash.

Yeah, hopefully about 13 more months to save up (or less if I get lucky.)

I picked up my black Brabus coupe on Wednesday of this week. I love it and even had to drive it home in one of the worst storms in northeast Florida in many years. It handled great and did not feel squirlly at all. I can't wait for the weather to clear so I can get the windows tinted, clean it, and put to car cover on it. I was very fortunate. I sold my 2004 Dodge dually diesel truck to a young man in Tennessee and only had to add a couple of thousand dollars to completely pay for my Smart.

Just go to restaurants and get used cooking oil and make your own bio-diesel and it will be the best bargain in the past 20 years.

I picked up my new 2009 Silver Brabus last week in Nashville. I drove it back all the way at 80 miles an hour (or more) and it drove like dream. I am really enjoying it intown now too. I have named it Limo.

Sweet!! Congratulations on that purchase!!

I am hoping to be a smart owner by January or February 2010. I'm trying to save the cash to maybe buy a used one. Hopefully I will have at least $10,000 to $12,000 cash saved by then. The cheapest smarts I've seen used have been in the mid $12k range for a passion with very low miles.
