I agree. Don't take the sales persons word for it. I have been to many dealerships where the salesman barely knows anything more about the car he's selling then what's printed in the window sticker.
So, if you're buying this extended warranty you need to do 6 months or 6,000 miles,along with other services?? Not that i would ever let any car i own go 10k before an oil change. 5-6k with synthetic would be tops for me. I'd like to know what the real reason would be behind this. My guess would be that they would force you to service the car sooner to prevent any major problems while the car is under warranty, so they don't get stuck with hefty repair bills...Although it would be nice to have a 5yr warranty.
