I got Mine about a month ago. Since my Smart was taking way to long and my date changed from July to Dec. with no explanation at all. So we have my wifes Smart and my Cube now.

To me, it looks like a cartoon car. Like something the Flinstones should be driving. :>) IMO

That's #4. Cube is Right below it.

While I don't and won't subscribe (to AARP) for a few more years. I like the Cube just the same.

But seriously, the cube (Cube?) is the only one under 20K and one of 2 under 25K, so at 15K it's in a totally different market than the rest.

Thanks for the link, Bum-B. Didja get your copy of AARP magazine today?

I could never get used to the "boxy" shape of either the Cube or the xB.

To me, it resembles a car that a child would draw in art class.

That's why it would be Fun!
Wonder how the head room/leg room is for us 6'6" people?

If I fit, If the two backseats fold flat ....
I'd buy one.

Like a little Van.

Fun, YES! with the xB, Honda Element and now the Cube, I look at these and in the back of my mind I'm thinking... "what's going on in there...?" It's like the a car of intrigue.

Cube Crash tests on youtube

By comparison and to be fair, smart crash tests on youtube

As was stated in the smart crash test vid, smaller cars do not protect their occupants as well as larger heavier cars, but the smart does a good job. Also notice the windshield glass remains intact on the smart the the drivers door is not rendered inoperable as on the Cube.

To be fair those are also the JNCAP tests J is the key here for Japan as they have had the Cube for 10 years in Japan and just released it here in the states a few months ago. Sounds like another funny looking car we all know and love. As I have both a Cube and a Smart in my household I can say I love them both so far. The Cube has a ton of room I am 5'8" and the top of my head is over 6 inches from the roof while in any seat. The rear seat has more leg room than the back seat of my Quad Cab Ram. If the dash has the time or a big enough lunch to come and get me in a crash than I hit something extremely hard and shame on me since they had to put the radio on a buldge in the center stack in order for you to reach it while driving. I have to almost remove my seatbelt to reach forward t reset the trip after a fill up. Option for Option and Dollar for Dollar the Cube was a great buy I got everything I ordered in my one day gonna be an orphan Smart in my Cube for $100 less and I got 3.9% financing VS. the 4.2% offered to me from Smat.

0-60 is faster than a Turbo equipped smart! and it cost less, Hmmm I still like my smart and am definitely not switching just cause. I'd loose my butt in the trade in!.

The crash test on the cube is 4 stars in the front both driver and pass. 5 stars on the sides. Has six air bags including rear passengers.

My cube stickered at $15090 and I bought it for $14200. All the options the smart passion has but more room. Gas mileage my first tank was 34 and second tank was 30. Mine is 6 speed. The styling does look cartoonish and that is why it is neat just as the smart is in its own way.

I love smarts but I could not pass up the room, front wheel drive, a real spare tire, cruise, ability to turn off electronic stability control in the winter, and of course the price because you can negotiate the price where smart you cant.
