I don't want to burst anyone's bubble, but there is no true Factory Extended Warranty available for the smart (i.e. no product that truly extends the terms of the existing 2/24 warranty).
The product you purchased is a smart branded third party warranty from Automotive Warranty Services. It has the smart logo on the forms, but if you read the contract, it is administered by AWS, subject to all their standard conditions and exclusions. As such it is no different than any other third party extended warranty that you could purchase for your smart, now or in the future. In fact, it is not a particularly good product - it has a $100 deductable (other vendors let you choose a lower or zero deductible if you prefer), and it covers only breakage (others include wear and tear).
There has been plenty of discussion about this warranty on other threads - just do a search on "warranty". An extended warranty may make sense for some smart owners, but I recommend shopping around on the net to find and compare the different products that are available. There is absolutely nothing unique or special about the smart branded warranty you can buy at the smart dealership.
Make sure you don’t fall for the Dealer trying to sell you an aftermarket extended warrantee. 
I was offered this aftermarket coverage when I picked up my car and refused. I then asked about the Smart direct product and was shown a great brochure that smart has which offers extra FULL coverage in 1yr/12,000 mile increments. They have coverage starting at 36 months/36K miles all the way up to 100,000 mile terms. The cost is about $395 per each additional term increment. It has a $100 deductible and is totally transferable when and if you ever sell your car. It’s a no brainier to at least get an additional 1yr/12,000 for this price. This will make your re-sale value better than the next guy’s car. After I purchased it the dealer admitted that I was smart (no pun intended) for purchasing the factory (smart) extended warrantee. He said that “he makes really no money on it and for this reason he likes to sell other products but in the long run The smart product will be better for this car”. Remember you are only able to purchase this during the initial time of purchase so be prepared to choose before you get to the dealer
