The Conti trak AT were what came with my 05 Truck and they suck off road on gravel /dirt roads so I got refunded the $250 up charge for AT when all they were really is M&S (and branded on sidewall as M&S)
That said... I really like them on hard surface roads... there wear real well, they have very good wet road grip and they take a serious beating when I horse the 7800 pound beast down miles and miles of back country shabby county roads and off road access to hunting and fishing locations.
This is my first ever experience with the Brand and I can recommend them for on road use... In fact our Ford Escort came with odd sized tires and I was stuck with expensive Good year for a few re-shoeing cycles until I found a Continental size that works.. They are about $25 cheaper per tire and much better road tire for the little car..
I am going to have a second set of tires and rims for my Smart but will keep the factory alloys and tires in the rotation
