You have to admit that at the very least that Smart's not doing a great in informing the public. However, I would not go anywhere close to accusing them of disemminating misinformation.

I really don'y see a bias in any direction by the hosts of this website.

I would certainly agree that PAG could be doing a better job with their information flow. On the other hand they've done some good stuff too. I thought the street smart events I attended were excellent, and left me comfortable about converting my reservation into an order when the glorious day comes.

As for SCoA, I think they need be careful using words like "misinformed". There's a line between justified criticism and ranting. I don't necessarily think they're biased, but I'd like to see more balance in their coverage.

Agreed: I too thought they handled the Smart event well. And though it may not have convinced me yet to order, it was an excellent opportunity to learn more about the car. (for example, no NAV, no order, but that may just be a timing issue).

Not to defend the PAG or even SCoA for that matter, but from their perspective, why would they feel the need to offer more info than they already have. After all, they have more buyers than cars for the first year at least with no real public advertising. Just hope they pass the advertising savings on to us buyers!
