America forgot about Mexico? I posted, somewhere, that I see smarts up from TJ all the time. Oh, and by the way Mexico is in the Americas. I am sure you meant North America (of which Canada is a part of), or perhaps the U.S. http://smartcarofamerica.com/forums/...0&d=1197242157
That's it, geography lesson over, you may now return to your awe that Mexico, that heathen nation, actually has the smart before the good 'ol U.S. of A. ;)
I just think a little levity (and a good, stern lesson or two) is always in order Sometimes it seems that the lads get a bit to whipped up about nada around here. Waiting can be such sweet misery.

Your links don't go anywhere...
Mexico *is* part of North America. It is not in Central America.

Rather than discuss geography, does anybody know if the 451's can be imported to the U.S. and if there's any conversion needed in order to do so? I'll likely wait for mine anyways since I expect it around March or April, but to later reservers, might it be a good option?
^^ There was a company is So Cal that was converting and importing VW Beetles while they were still made in Mexico. It added several thousand $$ to the cost of the car. I'm assuming something similar would be needed for the smart.
