So they really arent giving you anything. Instead of just lowering the prices of their houses 20,000 dollars (something that theyve probably done a lot the last year) theyre promising a car that will be built into your mortgage.
So in the end theyre just making you buy a car with your house. On top of that you have to use THEIR mortgage company and agent to qualify plus buy a house in a very specific range of house models and communities.
So yeah, all marketing scam hype.

So the one theyre giving away is a USED model plus its AS-IS from the dealer.
I wonder if the give-away ones will be the same.
