Cars at Baltimore Dock

Last thursday the driver unloading smart cars said the "dock was full of them" (Baltimore). What's the hold up?

The hold up is that several Smart dealers are not yet open.
PAG is holding the cars until the dealerships are fully open.
Then PAG will ship the cars.

Funny, I thought they were shipping to those that were open in the meantime. That was what I was told as the reason mine is going to Laguna Hills and not Torrance - because Torrance isn't open yet.

Sounds like Baltimore is a probable "bottle neck" for smarts. Could be a problem
