Another month or two with those figures, and expect SmartUSA to die by January 1.
Lambo, Ferrari, Tesla, and maybe Rolls (almost) sell more than that.
Sell it now, while you can.
"Who Do You Know, Wants to Buy a Yugo?"
Wow I can't believe it we got another troll loser who registers a account just so he can talk trash. I feel sorry for you knowing your life is so empty that you troll forums and register accounts just to stir things up. You are the weakest link goodbye.
I love driving my Smart!! It reminds me of my old Fiat 850 Spider. Look how that worked out!? I have a Dealer Service Contract which should cover me till 100k. It is a big dealer of luxury brands and they know about serving the customer and keeping them happy.
I hope the car business turns around for the better. If gas spikes we will once again all look like geniuses. Keep the faith and party on!
it seems the auto industry as a whole has been tanking no thanks to the economy that the media has been making a soap opera out of, so Smart is not the only one feeling the pain. Look at some of the other companies, Toyota has reported losses for sometime and so have the the two automakers such as Gm and Chrysler who have suffered as a whole, and don't seem to show much life support either. Ford seems to be fairing well, but still this is no need to get all itchy. Folks are still intrigued by this car, the only reason cars are not doing what they ought is this state the county is in.
VW is now rated as the "Worlds largest" auto maker passing Toyota last month. There is no reason to stop US imports unless Smart shuts down.
MB is the alternate "go to" for repair/warranty work. The stand alone (inside MB dealership) repair/sales is a sales gimmick!
The upside is that aftermarket prices should start to drop! We do need a repair manual "PRINTED/BOOK"............................................. ........
