Those are email notifications from the server for this site letting you know that there are PM messages waiting for you here. This is pretty common on most forums. Some have the body of the message and others just notify you. No human sees these, it is all automated on the server. Also, notice that they are from here, at Smart Car of America, and not from SMART the admin himself, nor smartusa.com. Nobody's watching. ;)
