Fishrdnc,

Perhaps the password can give insight? If indeed it is being done in date batches, and we know the user name is your email address, was the password based on the date that they opened up for those lucky 300? Can anyone of the blessed 300 give us a heads up on what their passwords were? If the passwords are all the same that might validate the batch theory?

I am far from being one of the Gang-of-300 so I don't know. I see that smartUSA is keen to have the usernames and passwords kept confidential.

The batch theory is simple now that the last 4 letters have been cracked.
All the computer has to do is send confirmation emails one time to reservation numbers ending in 1174, the next time 1175, and so on.

my zip =08812 my reservation # =6551401189

55140 not a zip code

Not necessarily so. For example, far more than 300 people signed up on March19. Therefore there needs to be some priority established within each day. If you notice, only some of the 1173s have gotten their invitation to order online.

I have made no determinations yet regarding the first 6 digits. That's what I am trying to determine. I can only tell you that you placed your reservation on April 4th based on the last 4 digits.

I agree. I'm not certain we want to start publicly discussing usernames and passwords. The reservation numbers on the otherhand are fairly harmless to discuss. Anyway, pre-determined passwords should be randomly generated (best practice) and shouldn't reveal anything significant.
