i suggest that he knows of some members who have not admitted their true identity. While i respect those who don't/can't say who they work for, we do enjoy hearing from them and getting semi-official inside info!

Not a problem. Not PC either, whatever that means these days. I just think it's archaic and lazy, not colloquial, to use gents to refer to men and women. I mean, if you are the type to date women, and you were out on a date with a lovely woman and I saw you and later said, "Wow, that sure was a good looking guy you were with last night" wouldn't that seem odd?

It seems like some people are upset about the dealership network announcement. It is not smart USA's fault. The problem is that every state has different franchising laws and if a company announces a dealer without state and local approval, that dealer can lose his or her dealer licenses for their other dealerships. smart does not want to risk this. I believe there are two states that are more complicated than most others. smart has all the dealers in place, they are just making sure everything is in place legally, in my opinion. Every timeline that they have given the dealers has been exact and they are totally on target.
