Welcome Pard. Do some nosing around and hit the threads that have "reservation number" in them and you will learn the secret code.

1173 and 1174 are the last 4 digits of the reservation number, look for your number on your confirmation e-mail, then they configured thier vehicle approximately 6 months later, now they will be the first to receive thier cars this month.

Those four digit numbers are the last four of your reservation confirmation number with 1173 being the first number given those who reserved on March 19,2007, 1174 on March 20th, 2007...so for and so on....Do a search for member name *paulc*. He's cleverly compiled a list of numbers and dates that correlate the number to an expected configurator date. that's the date when you would have received an email from Smart with a password to get into MySmart for two to complete the form spelling out the special order for you own Smart...color, interior trim, power steering, all that stuff.
I think you shouldhave already received that email. If you haven't, you should perservere to speak with someone at Smart USA about doing your configurator and getting into the waiting line.

each dealer is only getting 5 to 10 cars next week so there is going to be a lot of people disappointed
