I called IB yesterday...The rep did not know how or when we would be notified. I guess Penske feels they are getting their monies worth?? Maybe they are paid to give a robotic responce!

I was informed by a Smart rep that we would be notified via email with the procedure. let's hope the system can handle the load and doesn't crash!
