It will be right next to MB of Fairfield, Where there was a VW Dealer. Excellent. Less than 10 miles for service!

Well they better get going, at least on a foundation, working on the outside of the building will be hard once it gets cold. It is promising that from the first time of when I went by the lot and the time I took the pic, it looked like they are mapping out the foundations on the ground and they also dropped off a backhoe, so it looks promising.

I'm not a civil engineer but I think these type of buildings can be finished up for 2-3 months.

The pre-fab steel buildings (which most new delerships build) can go up in a few short weeks after the slab is put in. The interior finish, plumbing and wiring as well as all of the hydraulic lift equipment will tke a lot more time. Though, with a Smart they probablydon't use a lift. 2 men and a boy can just lift the whole thing up on a work bench.
