Got Blocked from Ordering Brabus - Smart Car of America Forums : Smart Car Forum

Went on the site tonight to attempt to order a silver/silver Brabus, but the site blocked me, something about my e-mail address already in the system. I have already taken delivery of my first smart, ordered in 05/07. Why am I blocked out for another order? I'll call the factory or a dealer on Monday unless someone can answer sooner...

I have heard about this before from a vegas member he told me he could only order one car and it came back to his drivers license # so he just changed the last number and it went through

Are you ordering based on the e-mail from smart USA? (Reservation holder but haven't configured yet?) If so, you may have to call them to allow you to use the same e-mail again; they stay in the system a long time it seems.

Simpler than changing a digit, just add a space... That way, it remains "legit"!

Send a note to Brabus. I got the same thing and it has been fixed.

Placed my order yesterdary. Hope I make the cut.

Too bad about the engine.

Per the email I received from smart usa earlier this week, the Brabus is being offered to current reservation holders.
On Thursday I then received the email to change my current reservation to the Brabus. Didn't do it though, I just want my Red/Black/Red Cabrio. Now due April-June 2009.

Hi Princess. Maybe you saw where we sold our blue orphan when we got notice that the white/silver/beige one came in, then I was notified that there was a flaw and they built me a new one, then accidently shipped the flawed one, then finally delivered the correct one. Phew! I'll call the home office on Monday and see if I can't break thru the system and get a Brabus on order. See you soon...
