Heck, I'll make the calls and send the emails for them, I'm just sitting here ill - give me the list of cars on the way and I'd be happy to help

I think I saw a good email example from Seattle somewhere on here I could copy...

Looks like we will be amung the last to hear, the rest of the country is awake and looks like they will start delivering Thursday. I'm still along way off but it would be nice to see at least a little activity here as we are one of the biggest markets for these little buggers. Guess i have plenty of time to knit that Smart Koozy after all

Hey

I too have left several messages (emails and voicemails) for Bill Scott and staff at the Smart Center in SFO. Bill, if you're reading this, it would be nice to be acknowledged in some way other than these vague responses that are eminating from your dealership. Other dealers seem to be embracing their patrons at this time; why do I and others feel ignored?

kind of strange behavior i must admit knowing the way other dealers are taking care of their customers.

however, their message did say that they would be contacting people after they open. it's very possible that they do not have their permit yet and therefore can not legally act as a dealer or participate in dealer activity. that's the only reason i can see that would explain.

True, and I think all of us are reasonable if not a bit excited and impatient - they could have had a form letter email reply and the receptionist or a voicemail stating that in essence to respond to the inquiries. We know its not the end of the world but it is just a bit frustrating to have received some different information at one time, then a lack of replies, followed by a vague post from a new account that does not respond..

I blame my horrid illness for making me extra grumpy and jealousy at seeing other people get info, and even cars imminently in Southern Cal :P

haha. trust me. it's just as frustrating down here. i'm the earliest 1173 in San Diego that I have found and i know nothing. i know that cars that were ordered after mine arrived today so i'm guessing that the rez time is meaningless. mine is "in transit". only there is no agreement on what "in transit" means. one dealer says it's on the water, another says it's on a car hauler on the way to the dealer.

correct info seems to be scarce at all dealers. maybe it's better for you to hear nothing than to hear the wrong thing. it's crazy how little the actual dealers know about the cars they are supposed to be delivering. this is a big undertaking but it ain't rocket science.

A couple of months ago, when the press viewed the San Francisco showroom to get an advanced look at the styling, I assumed SF had a jump on all the other dealerships. All they needed were cars.

I'm sure they are preparing as fast as possible, I just hate to see a temporary showroom in Chatsworth notifying people and delivering cars before San Francisco's beautiful smart Center. Has anyone heard if San Jose or Sacramento are open yet? Wonder which of the three will be first to deliver cars?

At BH Benz on the first load last night, some cars marked "In Port" and "In Transit" were on the same truck. The cars just aren't coming off the boats in reservation order. Can't blame them for that! Your car may be stuck behind a whole row of others. It will get sorted out.

Another snag I noticed, some stickers said "silver tridion $175" on the three black tridion passions.
