Yes it did and I was surprised too. Only the V6 though, combined 17 mpg. The city driving is where it gets you, I blame it on multiport injection. It sure was fun to drive out in "the sticks" where I live though. So is the smart.

With the fortwo I'm using less than half the amount of fuel. I save enough every month on gas to pay my insurance.

I think he was referring to the Fit...a front engine, front drive, glorified econobox that's (sadly) faster than a PT Cruiser (don't ask how I know)...

People make the Fit out to be a cheap supercar of some sort. They tend too forget that the Fit lacks character. A perfect car has no character (Fit), same goes for a completely dull car (Chevy Cobalt).
