question from an owner in texas. did anyone ask the chief about the 2008 rocking horse shifting and if smart is going to correct the problem with the firmware under warranty? just curious. looks likr y'all had a great time with great weather!!

yes lowering springs will take care of that lol. but the 09 flash will be out in 30 days and that will help

Direct from Dave Schembri speaking at the Meet. All 2008 smarts will get the 2009 software download for FREE at their next scheduled servicing. That will fix the shifting problem as well as the comfort package fuse busticating problem.

They're also working on a cruise control for future smarts but 'cause of their minuscule size & everything connected to everything else the engineers are having to think harder than usual on how to make everything work.

Thanks again to everyone who visited the Superior Dash booth. We made some great new friends and got some good feedback and publicity for our dash kits. There were some pretty cool mods at the show and I think my favorite was the wide body kit.
