In fairness to myself, with the time constraints, I wouldn't've (wow, look at that contraction) done what Bum-Bling-B did. Sorry, these old peepers can't handle all that night driving. I had planned to spend the night around Orlando.

As far as equaling the only Saturn V night launch is concerned ... Hmmmm. hahaha

and three Saturn V's lift off. Shuttle is puny in comparison (literally half the rocket).

Still, it would've been a fantastic cap to a 2 week vacation.

PS - I thought you were going to the photo shoot too and had read the directions to get there. That is why I followed you right into the parking lot before I discovered you weren't. DOH!

What was worse was when I left the parking lot about 20 cars were behind me and I was in the lead without a clue where to go as I was hoping to follow someone else not lead. Needless to say - once again I am lucky.

I did tear up my exhaust coming home. My left hanger weld tore a hole right in the pipe about 40 miles from home. I need to come up with a fix for that. Guess it can't handle extended times of 85+ mph cruising.

I had to pull over because I was in the same situation as you....didn't know where I was going and my gps stand was hung up under my driver's seat so I had to make a quick get away and try to untangle it! when I looked up, I saw you... then all of a sudden I didn't....

I'd hate to be the "unexpected" leader going to ....... WHERE?????????

If you were willing to part with $55 or more you could of had a cherry picker photo. I REALLY wanted one but the gas going down and back broke me - really it did as my allotted amount was spent since I only got around 34-35 mpg heading down and back - I did get 44mpg around town down there.

It was a "one time offer" so I missed out on the wait until my next payday to spend part of my "allowance" on getting one (married people know what I mean). Using my credit card is not an option either.
