It was a "one time offer" so I missed out on the wait until my next payday to spend part of my "allowance" on getting one (married people know what I mean). Using my credit card is not an option either.
$55? That's high! Worth it? Probably. But I couldn't have paid it either.

The "Guy" on the Cherry Picker is a professional photographer with special equipment to take, edit, process and print the picture in a large format 10 inches by 48 inch format. The large photo will include a Title, the data and the smart logo in each corner.

He provided his services for no charge with his return being the sale of the final prints. We should receive them in 2 to 3 weeks from the Lab in Atlanta where the work is being done.

When the picture is received we will try to post a picture of it here. It is a bit tough to do because of the size and it makes little sense for the Photographer to release a high quality digital image as he has the copyright and it is his livelyhood.

The cars were staged in tight concentric half circles then the photo was taken with a scanning and rotating camera so the final picture will show the cars as if they were lined up in straight lines next to each other. It is unique and impressive.

Just wanted to explain what we did and how it was done.

I'm sure $55 seams high but the resulting photo is professionally done and is very large. The price is quite reasonable for professional photo work.

I definitely think it was worth the $55. I just wish it would of been available more than just right there. It wasn't a good time for me to let go of $55. Tomorrow on payday - that is a different story.

Some news!

Smartimes Magazine will be highlighting the Orlando Event in their March edition including a copy of the Panoramic Photo. Look forward to it in a few weeks.

I spoke to the photo lab today and the picture is in final editing and I am told it really looks good.

I also received approval to process more orders if anyone failed to order one and now would like to they should contact me and we will work out a way for you to order a print.

Bill & Others,
Smartimes Magazine is an on-line e-zine. In other words they don't print and send you a magazine, instead you can view it on-line and/or you can download it and print it off. Printed it is of high quality with good photos etc.

It is issued 4 times per year and is by subscription.

You can view it and subscribe at Smartimes Magazine | The Smart Car Magazine

You can also access past issues if you are a subscriber.

A Preview of the panoramic Picture which when printed will be about 11 inches by 4 feet. Our lines aren't perfectly straight but I think it turned out well.
