I am amongst some Tampa folks wanting to come. I understand any food and whatnot you all are handling are subject to availability, but could the unregistered folks arrive to park their cars amongst the others and fend for themselves for the rest?

My GF (Tiga here on the forums) has been quite busy with school, and now that there is finally an event on a Sunday she can attend I hear that it's full and we needn't bother coming?

If so that would be quite disapointing.

I am sorry for any confusion and for closing out the event.
This event to be fair was designed specifically as a thank you to Orlando customers to thank them for their patronage and has some significant costs associated with it. We also are very challenged for space due to the location of the dealership.

It grew a bit by word of mouth and is approaching what could be a logistical nightmare. So we have had to cut it off.

We had originally hoped to get 50 or so smart cars and are now at multiples of that number which is great.

Once we are through this it should provide the learning we will all need to put together other events with broader audiences and bigger venues although without direct dealer support we will have to find ways to make them self-funding.

Thanks to everyone for their support and interest. We will post reports and photos of the event the week after the party.
