I just received a call from Smart (Michigan). They will be having conference calls with all dealers tomorrow (Tuesday) at different times due to time zones. The dealers will be told what to expect and what to do. I was also told that some accessories have shipped and will continue. Cars should be rolling from ports of entry 1/14. As an 1173 my red/silver cabrio should be in the first wave. YIPPEE!

BTW, congrats on your Cabrio. Living in Brooklyn, hopefully you opted for the auto alarm.

Scoutmaster, are you a Smart Car dealership employee? That's the only explanation I can come up with as to why you would receive a call from the Smart Dealership in MICHIGAN when we early purchasers IN MICHIGAN still have not heard a single word from them.

I have heard/read that dealers have been informed they are getting the conference call tomorrow, so I'm trying to get all this straight in my head.

Have I put two plus two together correctly?

Cool beans, that pretty much goes with what the SF dealer said in terms of timeline and finding out what cars to expect by the end of this week.

Negative. I had placed several calls to PAG last week and this was a courtesy return call. When I said Michigan, I was referring to PAG.
You are correct about the conference call. The only thing new is the fact that there'll be more than one call due to time zone differences.
